my life

so i realized in the last post that i didnt even mention curry that much (notice the title) anyway. This week the food hasnt been bad (i havent been home for dinner yet)..well its never bad just not what i prefer. seriously i would do something sinful for a cheeseburger lol something strange for some change (trell). I usually eat the same thing for lunch and breakfast which is fine..but its kinda hard to eat sardines for breakfast..yuck. anyway ill get over it. whenever i buy like a bag of chips i try to hold on to them til i cant take it anymore lol. but my awesome family is sending me a package woo wooo. anyway back to flooding the bathroom..it wasnt that big a deal but it was like the first few days i was with my host family so kinda awkward. they just didnt tell me that if you dont turn the knob on the sink super tight the pipes leak ...so when i went back into the bathroom a few hours after brushingmy teeth there was like an inch of water on the floor.lol this stuff only happens to me. soo now this past weekend after we went to a jhandi ( a hindu celebration where you eat seven curry off a leaf it was reallyyyy good the pumpkin is amazing.) i had to dump my trash..and they told us to dispose of trash however our host family does. sooo that meant that i had to throw it over the sea wall behind our house..i know not my ideal way. anyway they gave my a key to the back gate which i unlocked and put the string around my wrist. then i opened the gate and realized this was going to be a little tricky..the sea wall was at the top of this super steep hill and i was wearing a skirt and flip flops and i had to cross this dirty trench on just a little board...andd if you know me you know im clumsy. well anyway at some point between me trying to balance on the board, CRAWLING up the hill and throwingmy trash away the key fell off my arm and is lost...great. Im sure my family totally loves me now. That was REALLY awkward I still havent found it. THis stuff only happens to me!!

Anyway on a hppy i found out where im goig for my volunteer visit and im excited..its a larger city area and theres like five of us going which will be cool. then friday we get our site packets wooooo. anyway life is good. being here is REALLY helping with my worrying and anxiety. My host mom can be a little controlling sometimes and tends to treat me like a child but i think she just wants me to be safe. all in all life is good. o and theres a spider campedd out in the bathroom that looks to come out when im in there. so needless to say im ALWAYS on the look out. andddd its not small!!. Well gotta go
